IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget-based reports on work and resource requirements Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide updates on a consistent basis to various employees and executives on adjustments and progress Compile quotes on equipment or services from suppliers and vendors Make necessary upgrades and changes to various company websites
Qualifications:

years in experience in IT Support Services Associates in Computer Science or related field, preferred 1
years in experience with Wordpress and Website management preferred Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, G Suite, Chromebooks, and FileMaker is a plus Job Type:
